At Kalai’s Baking School, we are committed to providing quality baking education and training. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1️⃣ Registration & Seat Confirmation

Admission will be confirmed only after payment of the registration or course fee.

2️⃣ Refund Eligibility

Course fees once paid are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only in special cases approved by management.

3️⃣ Batch Transfers

Students may request to transfer their admission to another batch based on availability.

4️⃣ Missed Classes

No refund will be provided for missed classes due to personal reasons.

5️⃣ Course Cancellation by Institute

If Kalai’s Baking School cancels a course or batch, students may receive:

• Refund, or

• Option to join another batch

6️⃣ Payment Issues

For duplicate or incorrect payments, students should contact us immediately for assistance.
